Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth, expand market presence, and increase revenue generation. Utilise your strong sales ability to drive new business, negotiate contracts, and establish long-lasting partnerships with clients. Monitor and analyse key performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement effective strategies to achieve targets. Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to inform business strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that encourages teamwork, creativity, and continuous learning. Represent the company at industry events, networking functions, and client meetings to promote the brand and enhance business opportunitiesQualifications Proven experience in a leadership role within the recruitment industry Strong track record of achieving targets and driving business growth. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify opportunities and develop actionable plans. Results-oriented mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service. Knowledge of recruitment processes, industry trends, and best practices.
