Shift Mechanical Maintenance Engineer - Battersea - Up To £44,000 We are seeking talented Mechanical Engineers to join a growing M&E team on a landmark site in West London. This will suit an Engineer with extensive experience in commercial building maintenance. Role: As a Shift Engineer, you will be responsible for the maintenance of mechanical building systems on a 4 on 4 off basis. You will play an cruicial part in ensuring the seamless functionality of the building. * Planned and reactive maintenance on building systems. * Installation and refurbushment works. * Ensuring compliance with Health and Safety Policy. * Plant Room checks. * Keeping up-to-date records of works in CAFM system. * BMS Monitoring. * Supervision of external contractors. About You: * Fully Qualified Mechanical Engineer (Plumbing/Mechanical Apprenticeship, City & Guilds, NVQ, BTEC, HND, BSc, BEng) * Min 2 Years experience in commercial building mainteannce * Ambitious with a desire to progress to leadership/management roles. * Well presented with strong communication We believe in equal opportunity and candidates from all backgrounds are encouraged to apply
