HR Advisor – 12 Month FTC Enfield £35,000 - £40,000 + Benefits Are you a seasoned HR Advisor seeking a challenging role in a leading FMCG business? We are proud to partner with a dynamic organization, who are looking for a HR Advisor for a Maternity cover contract on a 12 Month FTC basis. The business is looking for a strong HR Advisor who has strong background in working with complex ER cases in a manufacturing or Logistics environment. We are looking for a start in April 2024. Key Responsibilities * Provide advice and guidance to employees and managers on HR policies, procedures, and best practices. * Assist in resolving employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management. * Conduct investigations into employee complaints or concerns, ensuring fair and consistent treatment. * Assist in the development and implementation of performance management processes. * Provide guidance to managers on setting performance goals, conducting evaluations, and addressing performance issues. * Support the administration of employee performance reviews and feedback mechanisms. * Stay up-to-date on relevant employment laws and regulations, ensuring compliance with legal requirements. * Assist in the development, implementation, and communication of HR policies and procedures. Qualifications and Experience: * CIPD level 3 or 5 * The ability to work to tight deadlines within a dynamic and fast-moving environment. * Have exposure to complex ER cases * Exceptional written, oral, interpersonal, and presentation skills and the ability to effectively interface with management and teams across the organisation * Proven ability to operate and succeed within a fast-paced Environment * Creative thinker and problem solver with the ability to think strategically as well as operationally If you are an ambitious and driven HR Advisor seeking a rewarding opportunity, we invite you to be a part of our exciting journey.
