Fabric Technician

Fabric Engineer Salary: Up to £34,000 per annum Location: Bristol Hours of Work: Mon – Fri A fantastic opportunity to join a large M&E Service provider who are currently recruiting for a Fabric Engineer/Handyperson to work on a mixed portfolio covering sites in Bristol. This is a permanent position paying a salary of £34,000 per annum depending on experience, Working Monday – Friday, 8am – 5pm. This role has overtime opportunities and fantastic opportunities for career progression. Duties & Responsibilities: * Carry out general building repair and maintenance * Changing of locks, door closures and other door furniture * Basic plumbing and small leak repairs * Small painting, decoration and making good Fitting of carpet tiles * To apply relevant trade skills to carry out reactive maintenance standards * Ensure health and safety of sites are met to regulation standards * L8 works are required on site Candidate requirements; * Proven experience - working within general building and maintenance repairs * Relevant trade qualifications, such as City & Guilds / BTEC National Diploma / NVQ 2 Building Maintenance Carpentry & Joinery is preferred. * Essential to have excellent client facing skills * Must have Full UK Clean Driving licence For further information or to discuss your application please contact Shomari at The InVictus Group
