Residential Conveyancing Legal Secretary


Are you a skilled Legal Secretary looking to make a significant impact in a dynamic law firm? We have an exciting opportunity for you to join our client, a reputable law firm based in Bognor Regis. As a key member of their conveyancing department, you will play a crucial role in supporting their busy team Key Responsibilities: * Provide comprehensive administrative support to the conveyancing team, including preparing legal documents, correspondence, and reports. * Efficiently manage the department's filing system, ensuring all documents are accurately recorded and easily accessible. * Liaise with clients, solicitors, and other relevant parties, both in person and over the phone, to facilitate smooth communication and workflow. * Assist with the coordination of appointments, meetings, and deadlines, ensuring the conveyancing process progresses seamlessly. * Undertake general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and handling incoming/outgoing correspondence. Requirements: * Proven experience as a Legal Secretary, preferably within a conveyancing department. * Strong organisational and time-management abilities, with a keen eye for detail. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written. * Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. * Knowledge of conveyancing procedures and terminology is desirable but not essential.
