Document Controller

Job Description: Presentation Document Controller CCL Global are currently recruiting for a Presentation Document Controller to be based in Paris, France. The successful applicant will be a key appointment to the project and will work within the client’s integrated Project Management team, and having a close relationship with the senior members of the team. Location: Paris, France Permanent role Key duties will include: * Update the list of deliverables and check project documents * Ensure implementation of all project documentation procedures * Control the use of models and graphic charts * Disseminate electronic/paper documents to the right stakeholders for validation, information or consideration based of the dissemination matrix * Master all procedures related to the distribution documents * Train and support users on EDM tools * Fill in the monitoring tools put in place to manage deadlines for deliverables Requirements: * Minimum of 5 years’ experience * Construction and energy project experience * ProjectWise, Aconex and Excel Proficiency * English speaking If this all applies to you then please feel free to apply and get in touch
