The successful candidate will play a key role in diverse projects across various sectors including commercial, residential, retail, luxury residential, and education. The Construction Project Manager Role As a Project Manager, you will be entrusted with managing a wide array of projects, each varying in size and scope. This is a chance to demonstrate your proficiency and versatility in the construction industry. Key Responsibilities: Overseeing projects in sectors such as residential, student housing, healthcare, commercial, hotel, retail, and infrastructure. Managing both new builds and listed building projects, including urban regeneration developments. Ensuring successful completion of projects through effective management and coordination. Collaborating with expert teams to achieve exceptional outcomes for clients.The Construction Project Manager 3-5 years of post-graduate experience in the construction industry, with a cognate degree. Experience in the student and residential sectors is preferred. A strong ambition to become MRICS-certified in the near future.
