Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels. Utilizing your sales acumen to pitch services and close deals effectively. Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process. Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Glasgow office. Qualifications Demonstrated experience in sales, with a proven track record of achieving targets and closing deals. Strong understanding of the sales process and the ability to navigate complex negotiations. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Adaptability and a passion for learning and growing within the recruitment industry.
