Proactively sourcing and attracting candidates through various channels. Conducting interviews, assessing candidate suitability, and managing the recruitment process. Providing exceptional customer service to both clients and candidates. Achieving sales targets and contributing to the growth of the Glasgow office. Qualifications Previous experience in recruitment, with a passion for sales and client relationship management. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
