Assessment: Regularly assess students' progress, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to cater to individual learning needs. Parental Engagement: Build strong partnerships with parents and caregivers through regular communication and parent-teacher conferences to support students' growth and development. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with colleagues to share best practices, contribute to school-wide initiatives, and promote a cohesive and supportive school community. Qualifications and Skills: Hold QTS (Qualified Teacher Status) and possess relevant qualifications in primary education. Previous experience teaching in Key Stage 2 is preferred but not essential for exceptional candidates. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to establish positive relationships with students, parents, and colleagues. A genuine passion for primary education, creativity, and adaptability in teaching approaches. Enhanced DBS clearance (or willingness to obtain one).
