Legal 200 firm in London seeks a Housing Management / Property Litigation Lawyer/Solicitor on a full-time, permanent basis. The successful applicant will manage their own caseload of housing and leasehold management and property litigation matters. To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.   Responsibilities Injunctions Possession claims Disrepair Service charge disputes Cases before the FTT Non- contentious matters such as policy advice Drafting tenancy agreements Staff supervision  The Candidate Solicitors with a minimum of two years’ PQE Experience in housing management and property litigation is essential Strong academic background, attaining a 2:1 degree (or equivalent) Possesses outstanding communication and client care skills Genuine desire to be involved in the future growth plans for the firm Demonstrate a strong work ethic  The Firm A highly regarded practice headquartered in the City, our client offers a full range of legal services to business and individual clients based both locally and further afield.
