Building Surveyor

In this role, you'll be working with a small housing provider in North London who are urgently looking for a Building Surveyor to handle their damp and mould diagnosis and minor disrepair workstreams, as well as some voids and planned works You'll be on a contract running through until the end of January that will be extended, everyone is happy with a rate of pay up to £32 per hour. You'll be allowed flexible working. But, of course, a big chunk of your time will be spent on-site conducting surveys. When it's time to do reports, you can do this from home, or from the office if you prefer. Mould and damp diagnosis knowledge and experience will be important because you'll be asked to handle a tough, although manageable, workload.
