Sales Coordinator - Construction

Zest 4 Talent are delighted to be recruiting for a Construction Sales and Estimating Coordinator within a growing construction product designer and manufacturer. You will be rewarded with a competitive salary of up to £35k dependant on experience. The hours of work are 7am to 4.30pm Mon – Friday The ideal candidate for the Sales Project Administrator will possess the following: * Experience working within the construction sector is highly beneficial. * A confident telephone manner with the ability to build relationships and a strong rapport with customers * An analytical approach to understand the customers specifications and requirements. * Strong attention to accuracy and detail * Able to work on own initiative and communicate with internal stakeholders including sales and internal project managers * The ability to multitask and work on several projects * Work experience using a CRM and MS Office suite. Construction Sales and Estimating Coordinator key responsibilities: * Supporting the sales team by offering internal support and administration * Responding to all customer enquiries, information gathering, taking specification for construction project requirements, and communicating this to relevant sales and construction project personnel * Creating quotes and proposals * Assisting sales executives in securing the sale by offering client support, responding to information requests and offering a streamlined service * Liaise with Purchasing with regards to pricing or product changes * Following up quotes sent to customers and making any adjustments required. * Processing orders If you have experience in the construction or manufacturing industry either in sales admin, project coordination or supported an estimating department this could be the ideal career move for you.
