We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced claims auditor with a background in Insurance and Finance to join our team in Tonbridge. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Insurance and Finance industry, as well as experience working with both the Insurance Ombudsman Council (IOC) and the Ministry of Justice (MOJ) regulations. Key Responsibilities: Conducting thorough audits of claims processes and documentation to ensure compliance with IOC and MOJ regulations Reviewing and assessing claims for accuracy and validity Identifying any potential fraudulent activity and escalating as necessary Providing recommendations for process improvement and efficiency Collaborating with internal teams to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements Skills and Qualifications: Previous experience working as a claims auditor within the Insurance or Finance industry In-depth knowledge of IOC and MOJ regulations Strong analytical skills and attention to detail Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Salary: Up to £32,000 per annum If you meet the above criteria and are looking to take the next step in your career, we would love to hear from you.
