Our client is in an exciting phase of growth, where the business is channelling its energy, focus, functions, and processes towards enhancing customer and patient experience in the countries it operates in.
Reporting to the Data Quality Manager within the Technical Service department, you will contribute to delivering top-quality customer experience services to our customers throughout the UK and Ireland.
You will work to maintain high quality data within our customer relationship management systems. That is essential in order to assist in the day to day operational processes. You will be a key contributor in the data quality and integrity of our master data through a customer centred process that delivers a sustainable digital transformation in our customer experience by working with stakeholders across the organisation.
