Finance Administrator

Location: Houghton Regis, Beds

Rate of Pay: 12.50 - 13 ph plus holiday pay

Hours: Mon -Fri 9am-5pm (35 hrs per week)

Role:
- you will be working in the finance department of this global company supporting in the administration support side of things.
- You will be responsible for uploading lots of finance data accurately and efficiently eg names of clients, POS, vat details, etc for collation of invoice info
- you will be helping with accounts / invoice queries (lower level) and escalating where required, to resolution
- you will be a great supportive team player
- English verbal and written communication skills are essential to a high level to liaise with business clients across the UK
- you will have eligibility to work in the UK on a Full Time basis not visa student hours as this role will potentially be continuing outside of student holiday times
