Administrative Acquisitions Coordinator - Brand New Role!

Location: Onsite, Walsall (Free parking available)

Salary: 23,000 - 27,000 per annum

Working Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm in office

Do you have a keen interest for acquisitions or perhaps property? Are you passionate about supporting your stakeholders to ensure seamless operations?

GRG are partnering exclusively with a rapidly expanding company who specialises with acquisitions. In this newly-created role, you will be working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment & will be the first point of contact for the operations team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new offices during acquisitions, addressing queries and communicating effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Work within an adaptable environment, demonstrating flexibility and resilience in managing changing priorities.
  • Utilise strong administrative skills, including proficiency in Excel and office administration tasks.
  • Manage internal systems, including adding and removing users as required.
  • Possess a good understanding of general Microsoft Office, to complete a variety of general day-to-day operational administrative tasks.
  • Foster a positive and easy-going attitude, contributing to a collaborative team environment.
  • Coordinate team socials and events
  • Demonstrate the ability to work independently, taking initiative and managing tasks efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in office administration and acquisitions coordination is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven ability to adapt to changing environments and priorities.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience with internal systems management is desirable.
  • Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team.
  • Full UK Driving License
