Multi-skilled Electrician

We are seeking a Multi-skilled Electrician to join our dynamic team in Birkenhead.

As a Multi-Skilled Electrician, you will report directly to the Electrical Team Manager who has the responsibility for managing a team of 12 Responsive and EICR Electricians. The primary purpose of the role will be cyclical EICR testing of our stock profile whilst undertaking electrical repairs and maintenance to our domestic tenanted properties, communal areas, and shops.

Hours of Work: Full time, 38 hours per week

Multi-skilled Electrician Requirements:

  • NVQ Level 3: C&G 2330, 2357 or equivalent
  • Qualifications for initial and periodic testing and inspection: C&G 2391, 2392 or equivalent
  • Level 3 Award in Requirements for Electrical Installations BS7671:(phone number removed) (18th Edition)
  • Completion EICR works and certification
  • Competent fault finding and rectification
  • Accurate coding of observations

Desirable Experience:

  • Previous employment in social housing
