Production Operative

• Hourly Rate: 11.00 - 11.50
• Location: Winchester
• Job Type: Full-time, Temporary (8 - 10 weeks)
• You will ideally be available for an immediate start.

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our team on a temporary basis. The ideal candidate will have a genuine passion for quality and service, with a desire to learn and excel in their role. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a dynamic production team, making and customising sports gear for passionate clubs.

• Assembling and customising sports equipment as part of a production line.
• Maintaining a clean and organised workspace.
• Proactively solving problems and improving processes.
• Working efficiently to meet production targets and maintain high-quality standards.

• No previous experience required, full training will be provided.
