Think Recruitment are recruiting for a Site Manager for projects primarily based in the South Midlands and Home Counties. Our client has an enviable reputation and provide a high level of quality in what they do. Their projects are usually valued in the region of £9M to £15M delivering new build care homes in the main. As a Site Manager you will spearhead on-site build operations. Supported by an onsite Project Manager you will ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards, making a tangible impact on our projects and our reputation. Duties Lead and coordinate on-site activities, including scheduling, subcontractor management, and materials procurement, to ensure project milestones are met. Uphold strict adherence to safety protocols, regulations, and company standards, fostering a culture of safety among all team members. Monitor project progress closely, identifying and mitigating potential delays or issues promptly to keep projects on track. Foster strong collaborative relationships with stakeholders, including clients, engineers, architects, and subcontractors, facilitating effective communication and problem-solving. Optimize resource allocation to enhance productivity and minimize waste, driving cost-effective project delivery. Conduct thorough inspections and quality control checks to maintain the highest construction standards and uphold our reputation for excellence. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, progress updates, and safety records, to ensure transparency and accountability. Support the Project Manager where necessary. You Proven track record as a Site Manager in the construction industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills. Strong Assistant Site Managers who have worked on large projects as a number 2 will be considered In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders. A high level of organizational skills, enabling you to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
