Project Manager


Think Recruitment are recruiting for a Project Manager for projects primarily based in the South Midlands and Home Counties. Our client has an enviable reputation and provide a high level of quality in what they do. Their projects are usually valued in the region of £9M to £15M delivering new build care homes in the main. As a Project Manager you will spearhead on-site operations ensuring the project is delivered on time and in budget. Supported onsite by a Site Manager you will ensure seamless project execution from inception to completion. Your leadership will drive efficiency, safety, and adherence to quality standards, making a tangible impact on our projects and our reputation. Duties Lead the project to completion, ensuring all objectives are met on time and within budget. Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets, while effectively allocating resources and managing subcontractors. Coordinate with architects, engineers, sub-contractors, the client and other stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and collaboration throughout the project lifecycle. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks or issues, and implement proactive solutions to mitigate delays or obstacles. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations, quality standards, and contractual requirements. Provide regular progress reports to senior management and clients, highlighting key milestones, budget updates, and any deviations from the original plan. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, motivating team members to achieve project goals and uphold the company's values of integrity, excellence, and professionalism. You Proven track record as a Project Manager in the construction industry, demonstrating exceptional leadership and project management skills. Strong Site Managers who have delivered large projects as a number 1 will be considered In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and regulations, with a strong commitment to safety and quality. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, with the capacity to effectively manage diverse teams and stakeholders. A high level of organizational skills, enabling you to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment without compromising on quality.
