Berry Recruitment are currently seeking a Kitchen Supervisor for our client based in Bedford. Role Overview: As a Kitchen Supervisor, you'll oversee day-to-day activities of kitchen staff, ensuring food service exceeds expectations while meeting production and waste targets. Hourly Rate: £12 per hour Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8am-4pm) - Occasional weekends. Responsibilities: Lead and motivate kitchen staff. Manage stock and food orders efficiently. Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards. Supervise kitchen porters and ensure targets are met. Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations. Collaborate with the chef for smooth operations. Handle financial responsibilities within the kitchen.Requirements: Strong leadership and communication skills. Experience in a similar role. Enhanced DBS certificate required. Financial management experience desirable. NVQ Level 2 or 3 in cookery desirable.
