Vehicle Damage Assessor

Job: Vehicle Damage Assessor/ Estimator Salary: £38k Area: Rochdale Ascend Talent is seeking a VDA to join an accident repair centre based in Greater Manchester. As a VDA you will be responsible for all damage assessment, negotiation & customer liaison aspects of the vehicles entrusted with the ARC. In this position it requires knowledge & previous experience of the various systems & methods. Responsibilities: As a Vehicle Damage Assessor you will be responsible for; * profitability through sales. * Maximising customer awareness of all available services. * Ensure highest level of customer care and satisfaction at all times. * Maintain excellent standards of departmental administration. * Develop relationships with exisiting manufacturers and insurance approvals. * Negotiate the greatest rates for the repairs required, whilst sticking to the manufacturers standards.
