B2B Marketing Manager

Location: Carrington, Greater Manchester (Office Based Role) Established in 1988 our client has grown to become a world leading packaging supplier of climatic packaging solutions to manufacturers in a wide variety of industries. Specialising in total climatic solutions to prevent moisture damage and reducing supply chain costs. As the Marketing Manager you will be instrumental in driving company growth by ensuring client satisfaction and enhancing brand visibility. You will lead the conception and execution of marketing campaigns, balancing immediate tasks with long-term strategies, while closely collaborating with senior leadership. Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will mentor a Marketing Executive to elevate their skills, oversee team workload prioritisation, and guide efforts towards achieving the company's commercial objectives. You'll receive comprehensive training and hands-on experience across various departments such as Finance, Customer Support, Production, Purchasing, Sales, Marketing, Operations, HR, Quality, and IT; facilitating a thorough understanding of our business operation. This role offers significant exposure and advancement opportunities within both our UK and USA businesses. Qualifications and Skills: * Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in marketing, business, or related field * Minimum 3 years’ experience in B2B lead generation Marketing role * Strategic thinking and commercial acumen. * Project management experience. * Metrics-driven mind-set with a creative eye. * Experience with CRM and marketing integration, preferably MS Dynamics. * Experience of building data lists and executing successful outbound campaigns * Proficiency with online marketing tools and social networking sites. * Familiarity with WordPress and Adobe Suite. * Proficient in Google Tools, including GA and GSC. * Design skills using tools like Canva and InDesign to develop high performing asset. * Experience presenting to board-level executives. * Willingness to travel locally and internationally
