Customer Services S64 Mexborough – 12 month FTC - £24k DOE – 37.5hrs per week The fixed term contract for a Customer Services Advisor is to cover maternity and duties will include: Input orders with a high degree of attention to detail Handle customer enquiries effectively and in a timely manner Complete survey feedback calls (outbound) contacting online customers Identify initiatives and maximise exposure Create awareness of the brand and product offerings, communicate information and gain insight into customers Handle customer enquiries received daily through the Live Chat communication Act as a representative of the Company and always represent their interests To be considered for the Customer Services Advisor position, you will have: Over 2 years’ experience of Customer service and Sales, used to working to targets Excellent oral communication skills and superb listening skills, organised and self-motivated Numerate and analytical with the ability to interpret data Computer literate with IT skills inc Excel, Word, PowerPoint, CRM and or SAP As the Customer Services Advisor, you will be joining the Sales department of a well-established and buoyant manufacturing company, covering maternity leave which will be a minimum of 12 months – exact length of contract will be provided in the next couple of weeks Benefits of the Customer Services Advisor include Salary: £24,000 per annum Working hours: 37.5hrs per week on a 2 week rota; 8am - 4.00pm Monday to Thursday finishing at 3.30pm on Fridays 9am - 5.00pm Monday to Thursday and starting at 9.30am on Fridays Holidays: 25 plus stats Getting there: Doncaster S64 (Mexborough), free onsite parking, on a bus route and train station Environment: Supportive and friendly, engineering Travail employment group is operating as an employment agency
