Senior Estimator Position Available! Are you an experienced estimator looking for a new challenge? Join our team as a Senior Estimator! Reporting directly to the Technical Estimating Manager, you'll play a crucial role in collaborating with customers, architects, and internal/external sales and design teams. While experience with Nexus and GRC products is preferred, it's not essential. However, expertise in rainscreen facade take-offs and proficiency with Bluebeam and/or GRC would be highly advantageous. Key Responsibilities: * Lead the preparation of detailed project costs and estimates, ensuring accuracy and thoroughness, with a focus on highlighting markups. * Provide expert support during pre-order design meetings for the sales function. * Oversee the collation and organization of information for handover to the Design team(s). * Act as the primary point of contact for triaging and maintaining clear communication with customers to identify suitable solutions. Successful Candidates Will Have: * Extensive experience in Design and Estimating functions, with a proven ability to interpret and analyze technical drawings. * Proficiency in CAD software such as Inventor and AutoCAD (2D/3D drafting). * Demonstrated experience in rainscreen facade take-offs, preferably with expertise in Bluebeam software. * Highly advantageous GRC experience. * Strong leadership and communication skills with a proactive approach to problem-solving and the confidence to challenge the status quo.
