Marketing Executive


We are looking for a Marketing Executive to join our team! You will be responsible for creating engaging content, implementing marketing campaigns, managing social media presence, and analysing marketing data. By collaborating with cross-functional teams you will contribute to the company's growth and market expansion. You'll work closely with the Marketing Manager to implement new strategies for the business. The Ideal Candidate: -Well-rounded experience and understanding of Marketing. -Customer-facing experience. -Proficient in PowerPoint. -Excellent communication skills and presentation skills are crucial, with a high level of professional behaviour both internally and externally. -Good interpersonal skills and the ability to work with people from all backgrounds and disciplines to achieve desired objectives is a highly desired competency. -Your ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively will be critical to your success. -Computer skills including MS Office products (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word) are required. -Reactive Customer Requests- Trend information, concept development lists, presentations, trend treks, one pagers, etc. This includes travel as needed to deliver in-person support. Up to 25% travel is expected. -Proactive Projects- Establish customer promotions, trend infographics, topic one pagers and sell sheets, collateral materials for proactive meetings with customers, trend trek materials, and internal business meetings. -Newsletter- Compile and publish monthly customer-facing newsletter showcasing new product launches and relevant trend topic articles. -Additional functions as required by the role to support sales, marketing, and company-wide initiatives, both internal and external. Required Skills: -Bachelor's degree or equivalent in marketing-related field. -1-3 years' experience working for a corporate marketing department, preferably in B2B. -Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office, specifically PowerPoint, Excel and Word. -Must be able to work well under pressure and thrive in fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. Preferred: -Some experience managing projects and supporting category/sales organisations. -Experience giving presentations. -Customer service experience and skills. -Interest in learning and experimenting with the most up-to-date design, database and analysis tools and techniques to integrate into our outputs.
