Electrical Inspector

Job Title: Electrical Inspector Location: North London / Hybrid Contract: 6-months ongoing Pay: Inside IR35 - Negotiable A local authority based in North London are currently recruiting for an Interim Electrical Inspector. Main Responsibilities MS Outlook – Writing emails and updating Engineers and Project Managers Meetings – writing meeting notes and actions Surveys of Low/High rise buildings Report writing, Condition Reports/Feasibility Reports (MS Excel & MS Word) Inspections – recording progress of Electrical Works highlighting issues of Electrical Services i.e. specification, regulatory, health & safety or engineering preference recording journey for project Customer Care – liaising with residents and working out of hours (time given back in lieu) Quality & Standards – Snagging with the Main Contractor and recording this for file Handover – Soft landings process to Repairs & Maintenance Qualifications/Experience City & Guilds (Level 3) or equivalent IEE Wiring Regulations 18th Edition 5years+ previous working experience in a similar role Sound knowledge of Electrical Installations (Domestic and Residential Buildings (Communal)) If you are interested in applying, please apply now with your CV and contact Chris Wilkinson at Spencer Clarke Group on
