Responsibilities: Providing top-notch teaching to students with special needs within a nurturing school environment in Newham. Tailoring and implementing individualised education plans to address the unique needs of each student. Working closely with fellow educators, parents, and specialists to ensure comprehensive support for student development. Offering guidance and support to colleagues on effective strategies for teaching students with special needs. Collaborating with external agencies and professionals to access additional support for students when required.Requirements: Proven experience as a Special Needs Teacher, ideally within a special needs school or similar setting. In-depth understanding of various special needs conditions and effective teaching methodologies. Strong classroom management skills and the ability to adapt teaching approaches to meet the needs of diverse learners. Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written.
