Quantity Surveyor - Fit Out

Job Title: Quantity Surveyor – Retail, Hospitality & Leisure Fit Out Location: Brighton, with projects in and around London Salary: Negotiable My client is a leading retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out company with a robust presence in and around London, is seeking a dynamic and skilled Quantity Surveyor to join our growing team based in Brighton. Experience in fit out is essential. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting cost estimates and budget preparation for retail, hospitality, and leisure fit-out projects. * Collaborating with project managers to ensure accurate financial reporting. * Evaluating and negotiating subcontractor and supplier agreements. * Monitoring project costs and implementing cost-control measures. * Producing regular financial reports for project stakeholders. * Ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and industry standards. Qualifications and Skills: * Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent is preferred. * Experience in quantity surveying within the retail, hospitality, or leisure fit-out sector is preferred but not essential. * Strong understanding of construction contracts and relevant legislation. * Excellent negotiation and communication skills. * Proficiency in industry-related software and tools.
