Senior Estimator

Currently seeking a senior estimator to work alongside a leading contractor on a freelance basis on a variety of exciting schemes in London. Our client specialises in high end refurbs in & around London, with a special emphasis on healthcare & office refurbishments. The ideal candidates would have previous experience working with other leading contractors and a previous track record of winning work and proven tendering experience. Our client is in the process of expanding significantly over the next year with significant projects in the pipeline. Having also Recently undertaken a series of monumental refurbs of Grade II listed buildings. Projects are based in Central London and the surrounding counties and valued up to £20m, with an average project/tender value of around £5m.
