Group Product Marketing Lead


As the Group Product Marketing Lead, you will drive the agenda on innovation, customer insight, new product launch and sector penetration and growth. Client Details My client is a private-equity backed B2B organisation with operations throughout Europe. Supporting clients across many different industries, they have experienced significant growth over the last few years, as well as supporting their customer reducing their environmental impact. Description The Group Product Marketing Lead will have the following responsibilities: Be responsible for owning the innovation marketing strategy and leading product development, positioning, and messaging, to help build awareness and engagement with customers and internal teams Work closely with the other business functions to bring innovation to the market, retain existing customer base and accelerate business growth Set strategic plans and execute product improvements and launches across pan-European markets Manage a team of two.A full specification will be provided to successful candidates. Profile The ideal Group Product Marketing Lead will have the following/be: Proven experience within a similar role (10 years +), including product marketing, project marketing and marketing campaign development Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills Ability to manage multiple initiatives and multi-task Ability to lead teams (direct and indirect), as well as agencies Proven experience with consumer/customer researchJob Offer The successful candidate will receive: - £80,000 - £90,000 - depending on experience - Bonus, pension, private medical insurance, life assurance, a generous holiday allowance - Flexible working - 3 days office, 2 from home - Based West London; commutable from - Richmond, Twickenham, Brentford, Hounslow, Hayes, Surrey
