Job Title: FLT Bendi Driver Location: Pershore Schedule: Monday to Friday, Morning Shift Pay: £12.50 - £13.00 per hour We are seeking a skilled and reliable FLT Bendi Driver to join our team in Pershore. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for safely operating a Bendi forklift truck to move, locate, relocate, stack, and count merchandise within the warehouse. This position requires a keen attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining accurate stock records. Key Responsibilities: Operate the Bendi forklift truck safely and efficiently to handle materials and products Perform stock control duties including counting, recording, and organizing inventory Maintain cleanliness and organization within the warehouse Adhere to health and safety regulations at all times Assist with loading and unloading deliveries as needed Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth workflowRequirements: Valid Bendi forklift license and counterbalance license Proven experience operating Bendi forklift trucks in a warehouse environment Strong attention to detail and accuracy in stock control Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Good communication skills and a team player attitude Additional Information: This position offers a competitive pay rate of £12.50-£13.00 per hour, with the opportunity for temp-to-perm placement after 12 weeks based on performance and business needs.
