Warehouse Operative - Coventry, CV2 Position: Warehouse Operative Duration: Permanent role from day one Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 am - 5:30 pm Pay: £22,425 - £24,375 per annum DOE Job Summary: Empowered Personnel is recruiting a warehouse operatives on permanent basis to join our client's team in Coventry. We are seeking an individual with a can-do attitude, strong initiative, and enthusiasm for both independent work and teamwork. This role involves supporting warehouse operations, ensuring timely and accurate order preparation, and maintaining a safe working environment. Key Responsibilities: • Perform physical tasks including lifting items up to 25 kg. • Prepare and dispatch orders within set timeframes. • Maintain accuracy in picking products to meet quality standards. • Monitor stock expiration dates and manage inventory accordingly. • Assist with goods-in processes. • Ensure warehouse cleanliness and organization. • Participate in regular stock counts and updates. Requirements: • Can-do attitude with enthusiasm for independent and team-based work. • Physical fitness for handling heavy items. • Recent warehouse experience is essential. • Preferably experienced in goods-in procedures. • Strong attention to detail and proactive work ethic.
