Operations Analyst 12-month initial contract Hybrid working (Essex) £29ph - £35ph (Inside IR35) About the company Contechs is recruiting on behalf of its client, a British multinational automobile manufacturer, which produces luxury vehicles and sport utility vehicles. They are looking for an Operations Analyst to join their expanding team on a Contract basis. The role will be based in Essex. Job Description As Operations Analyst, your main responsibilities are: Work with big cloud-based data in delivering and maintaining Local process controls Build operational excellence and program control capabilities, across the organisation Identify, and action, improvement areas Integrating industry best-practices Support the team build more robust, higher quality products with shorter lead times. Qualifications / Skills required Knowledge of Lean manufacturing best practices Building out and optimisation of new processes Tracking of operating metrics and KPIs Use of agile methodologies to accelerate program delivery Why work through Contechs?
