Job Role: Are you a experienced Maintenance Manager/Supervisor? You will be tasked with the responsibility of managing the various maintenance and utility departments in a large manufacturing organisation. This site is a highly automated FMCG environment, the company provides some fantastic benefits for an individual and have a development pathway to enhance personal and professional development. This role can also offer a relocation package within Ireland. Typical Duties will involve: Managing the maintenance team which includes both mechanical & electrical specialists and a maintenance supervisor. Managing all site utilities and facilities. Responsible for the project management of both the CAPEX & Opex budgets. Planning, mapping & implementing the preventive & predictive maintenance strategy for the entire plant in conjunction with other relevant stakeholder/functions. Support to manage the technical stores department. People management, recruitment & training and development of your maintenance team. Manging a team of 39 plus Desirable experience: Minimum of 5 years + experience management/supervisory experience Have to have a relevant Engineering qualification Have to be experienced in a manufacturing environment, food experience would be advantageous. Experience in a fast-paced environment Leadership skills Organisational skills Problem solving skills The ability to read advanced drawings.
