Senior Technical Coordinator

We are looking for a main contractor’s Senior Technical Coordinator for a £34m, residential-led development in Cricklewood, Northwest London. Reporting to the regional head of design, the successful candidate will assume full responsibility for achieving the timely delivery of drawings and other documents to the delivery team, with the assistance of a document controller and assistant TM. Comprising a new supermarket and 100 units in two mid rise blocks, the structure is RC frame with SFS and rainscreen, previous experience of which is sought. The role is with the central London office of a Dublin-headquartered main contractor with a very healthy pipeline of BTR, student accommodation, hotels and other resi-led, RC frame, mid / high rise developments throughout Greater London and, with a start anticipated in May, interviews are available from w/c 15th April. Salary £75k to £85k + package
