Customer Service Officer (housing) Location: Cambridge Salary: £15.72 per hour (PAYE) 30 hours per week Duration: Temporary (4-6 months, with the possibility of permanent) Greenacre are pleased to be supporting a social housing organisation, based in Cambridge, with their recruitment of a Customer Service Officer. The ideal candidate will have excellent customer service skills and it would be of benefit, to have worked within social housing. What will you do in the role? * Answering and responding to telephone enquiries and emails from tenants * Providing administrative support to the organisation’s housing repairs processes * Financial administration resulting from customer interactions * Updating the organisation’s housing management systems Who would excel in this role? * Experience of providing excellent customer service * A background in housing would be an advantage * Excellent IT skills, with the ability to learn new systems To discuss this role in more depth, please phone Kelly Power on (phone number removed)
