Project Manager

Are you an experience Project Manager looking for an exciting new challenge? Fawkes and Reece are working on behalf of well-known medium sized main contractor who work on a range of different projects. Their portfolio includes commercial, education, health care, leisure, residential and automotive projects. This contractor was founded in the late 90s and provide a full range of construction solution and services on projects across East Anglia, London and South East. This Project Manager will be number one on a £15million leisure project. Drawing upon your main contractor background, you will be able to demonstrate similar experience which would be relevant to the role, Hotel, student accommodation or residential experience is desired. You should be comfortable managing a team of staff and sub-contractors. The ideal Project Manager for this company will be a true leader with a keen eye for detail. You will have a lean team and therefore should be comfortable with minimal supervision. You will be proficient in health & safety, management skills and understanding the whole build process. You will also have some pre-construction, design and programming experience.
