Job Description: We are currently seeking a multi-skilled and experienced Engineer to join the team in at their commercial office in Tottenham Court Road. In this role, you will be responsible for the maintenance and repair of electrical systems within a commercial office site. Key Responsibilities: * Conducting planned preventive maintenance tasks on electrical systems and equipment. * Responding promptly to electrical maintenance requests and resolving issues efficiently. * Performing routine inspections to identify potential hazards or malfunctions. * Diagnosing electrical problems and implementing appropriate solutions. * Ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies. * Collaborating with other members of the maintenance team to achieve operational objectives. * Keeping accurate records of maintenance activities and reporting on work completed. Requirements: * Proven experience as an Electrical Maintenance Engineer, preferably in a commercial or industrial setting. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, components, and regulations. * Proficiency in diagnosing and repairing electrical faults. * Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. * Ability to work independently and as part of a team. * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Relevant electrical qualifications (e.g., NVQ Level 3 or equivalent) are desirable.
