Project Manager Fareham Up to £52,000 + company car/car allowance + benefits Hours of work - Monday to Friday 8am-4.30pm Reporting to the Senior Project Manager, the project manager will enable the delivery of all billable works and construction works on site. You will be working mostly on refurb projects with values of up to £5mil. What you’ll do: This role will see you oversee and manage the statutory compliance of the site, ensuring that any overdue statutory and mandatory tasks are mitigated for risk Ensure that all projects are delivered safely and within agreed timelines and budget Monitor and manage the Supply Partners project teams to ensure suitably qualified and experienced operatives are directed to relevant tasks. You will also ensure appropriate billable work plans and budgets are in place to achieve programmes and financial commitments Ensure that the Senior Project Manager is provided with weekly progress reports and is informed of all project risks or opportunities Ensure that all documentation relating to billable works is distributed in a timely manner and recorded within the CAFM system Identify opportunities on establishments to support the sites Net Zero carbon reduction targets within Billable Works initiatives to achieve them.  What You Need To Do The Job: First and foremost, you should be an experienced and qualified Project Manager, either from a Construction (new build and/or refurb). It is essential that you hold HNC or equivalent qualifications in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering and it is desirable for candidates to hold SMSTS and IOSH certification
