Estimator (Intermediate to Senior Level) £10m T/O Main Contractor £60k-£75k + benefits The Company My client is an established, privately owned main contractor who have developed a solid reputation and client base over their many years of trading. They deliver projects spanning cut and carve refurbishment, structural alterations, fit out, and external refurbishment of commercial, high spec residential and healthcare buildings, predominately in Central London. Typical contract values are £1m-£4m. The Opportunity They are looking to appoint an Estimator. They will also consider a candidate who would like to be involved with estimating, procurement and quantity surveying in a multi role. The Estimator will report to the MD and Commercial Director. This is a very good opportunity to have a level of autonomy in a growing business yet with support available in a friendly, nurturing team. The successful candidate will be taking over from the incumbent who is retiring, and you will have flexibility to influence process, selecting an implementing a suitable software system if deemed advantageous.
