Quantity Surveyor - Vauxhall

Quantity Surveyor l Tier 1 Main Contractor l Vauxhall, London You must be eligible to live and work in the UK and the company will not provide sponsorship. This leading Tier 1, main contractor has been awarded a new project in Vauxhall, SW London and has an immediate requirement for a Quantity Surveyor to join their London Construction team working on projects from £10m-£70m in value. As Quantity Surveyor on your initial project in Vauxhall, SW London you will work under a Senior Quantity Surveyor with a wealth of experience that will assist in developing your surveying skills. Procurement will be the initial task and as the project progresses you grow responsibility. The project is a £45m education project and has been a PCSA which the company is about to enter into full contract and start the main construction. You will have worked for tier 1 main contractors for at least 5yrs and have a good grounding as a Quantity Surveyor. You must also have a UK Quantity Surveying qualification.
