Multiskilled Maintenance Engineer

A large national FM and maintenance company is looking for an experienced Multi Skilled Maintenance Engineer (Electrical Bias/Mechanical Bias) to be based at a large site in North London. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working Monday to Friday in a Mobile role. Benefits include: £43k to £44k per annum Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm Van & Fuel Card Included Van for personal use 25 days holiday entitlement + 8 days bank holidays Flexi hours available (early start, early finish etc)Job role: Emergency light testing Fire alarm testing Fire door inspections Mechanical HVAC maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works Electrical Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive works Plumbing Maintenance - PPMs & Reactive General building fabric maintenance Carry out minor installation works Ensure compliance with corporate H&S regulations Providing regular feedback/communicating with clients and contractorsRequirements: Level 2 or Level 3 NVQ in Electrical or Mechanical/Plumbing & Heating studies 17th or 18th Edition C&G 2391 (preffered, not essential) Prior building services maintenance experience Randstad CPE values diversity and promotes equality.
