Role: Regional Dealer Manager Location: UK south Duration: Permanent Job Purpose The principal function of the role is to support profitable market share growth in the Cylinder sector, through managing the relationships with existing dealers and supporting acquisition of new dealers Please note: The successful candidate will need to have experience in managing resellers and distribution networks. Accountabilities Be accountable for meeting and exceeding agreed targets on volume, profitability and retention / contract status. Manage asset allocation, ensuring that our client receives a contribution towards dealer growth. Ensure dealers remain under contract to support long term planning and volume retention. Support the Acquisition and Development manager in onboarding new potential dealers to grow the network further. Deliver improvements to customer service throughout the sales journey and beyond, working closely with colleagues from other areas of the business. Support dealers in targeting mutually profitable new business in their area, through sales campaigns. Contribute to the creation and execution of the wider cylinder strategy. Measures & KPI's Sales performance, encompassing volume, realisation, profitability, and asset revenue (of dealer portfolio). Contract status of portfolio.
