Role : Re-cut Saw Operative Hours of work : Monday to Friday , rotating weekly 6am-2pm/2pm-6am Pay rate: £13.00 per hour Overtime Pay Rates : £15.72 - £23.64 per hour Main Duties: - Re-cutting material to British Standard tolerances in tight timescales ensuring that all requirements are met in terms of quality , work ethic; - Ensuring all relevant information is filled out on job sheets ; - Responsible for the training of new staff ; - Ability to plan and organise effectively ; - Have great people skills ; - Ability to work well under pressure ; - Lead by example, and help to create and maintain a positive working environment; - To ensure that all reasonable instructions from Supervisor/ Manager are completed ; Benefits : - On site car park ; - Weekly Pay , Holiday Pay ; - Non working Bank Holidays ; - Temp- to Perm opportunity ; - Training and progression opportunities - Friendly Team and Environment ; - Attendance bonus of £86.66 paid every 4 weeks for 100% attendance ; INDLR
