Warehouse Operatives We are currently looking to recruit for Warehouse Operatives to join our Chill Department at Glasgow Dairy within our Müller Milk & Ingredients business. The successful candidates will strive to process the most effective and safe way to produce the best quality finished product whilst working to continuously improve in line with the Müller values. The ideal canidate will have warehouse experience within a chilled enviroment & have used a voice picking system although training will be provided. Please note this role requires you to work within a chilled environment however all PPE including Hi- Vis coat is provided. Contract: Full Time / Perm Salary: £11.44 per hour + 1.5x base rate for overtime 1.25x Saturday working / 1.5x Sunday working. 2x Public Holidays 23% unsocoable hours 6pm -4am) 1.5x base rate for overtime Shift Pattern: 5 out of 7 days working day & back shifts on a rota basis (5.30AM - 2PM / 1.30PM - 10PM) Location: Bridgwater Responsibilities Manually pack product into trolleys, ensuring the product is fit for purpose and highlighting any non-conformance Transport full and empty trolleys across the chill Operate and complete asset care/deep cleaning on equipment Ensures good manufacturing, housekeeping, hygiene, and health and safety standards throughout their shift Part of an effective hand over between shifts, remaining within the chill until a relief takes over Completes all documentation, ensuring they up to date and available Operate trolley wash and ensures adequate trolley supply to fillers Leads by example encouraging appropriate behavioural safety and technical standards in support of company values and culture Able to carry out tasks requested by both, coordinators and team leaders Demonstrable skills, experience and knowledge within the following: Previous manual packing work desirable, though not necessary Teamwork & Collaboration Capability & Accountability A flexible approach; able to adapt to changing daily production plans A good listener/communicator Able to demonstrate initiative and prioritisation skills Effective team worker Compensation & Benefits: We value our people and are proud to offer a wide range of benefits: Salary sacrifice Pension scheme with Muller matching up to 4% Life Assurance at 2 x your annual salary We know its important to take time to spend with family and friends, we give you the equivalent of *5 weeks holiday Enhanced overtime rates Training and long term career development Full PPE and uniform provided To see all of opportunites we have to offer across the UK - please visit: Unternehmensgruppe Theo Müller Jobs ((url removed))
