Responding promptly to maintenance requests from tenants and property managers. Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to high-quality standards. Conducting inspections and identifying areas requiring maintenance or repair. Collaborating with other maintenance team members and contractors as needed. Requirements for the Plumber Multi role: Proven experience as a maintenance Plumber Multi. Strong plumbing skills and knowledge of relevant tools and equipment. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Good communication and customer service skills. Valid driver's licence. Qualifications for the Plumber Multi role: NVQ Certification or training in Plumbing or related field. Experience working in social housing or similar environments. Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to maintenance work.
