Salary 13.75 - 14.25 per hour (dep on Exp.) + free parking
37.5 hours per week, Monday - Friday 8.30AM - 4.30PM (Potentially hybrid once trained)
May - end August 2024 - approx. 4 months

We're seeking a talented individual with good Admin Skills and strong Microsoft skills
You will be working for a global company, administering the charges for damages to vehicles and re-charging to clients.

It's a system orientated role and would ideally suit someone with strong Admin skills who has worked around an Automotive/vehicle orientated environment - perhaps a dealership, car rental company or car leasing company?

Day to day responsibilities:

Contacting suppliers and customers regarding vehicle and tyre damage
Liaising with clients and 3rd parties to establish and re-charge costs
Entering all the information onto the in-house system
Adding new Clients and removing expired Clients paying strong attention to detail.

Training will be provided.

We are seeking someone who:

Enjoys working in a busy and varied role and can prioritise their workload
Excellent I.T. skills and great communication.
Ideally with an understanding of vehicles and automotive terminology
