Role: Production Administrator
Pay rate: 24,000 per annum
Hours: 8am until 4pm
Shift: Monday to Friday

Challenge-trg Recruitment is looking for a Production Administrator for Royal Mint based in Llantrisant, South Wales, CF72 8YT. We are looking for an administrative assistant to work on an ongoing basis in a prestigious company steeped in History.

You will be taught new and bespoke administrative skills in a technically advanced and high security site. This is a fantastic opportunity to learn new skills and crafts in an exciting and dynamic workplace.

Your pay rate as a Production Administrator will be 24,000 per annum

Hours of work: 8am - 4pm (Monday to Friday)

Key responsibilities Production Administrator:

  • Responsible for the organisation of administrative tasks
  • Spreadsheet data entry
  • Complete all necessary paperwork as requested
  • Answering internal emails
  • General filing
  • Raising purchase orders as and when required

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • General administration experience
  • Being able to use Microsoft packages i.e. Word, Excel, etc.
  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Good computer skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work on own OR as part of a team
  • Dexterity
  • Ability to work to targets
  • Prioritising tests
  • Clear criminal record
